Our Refund Policy

At SKS Global, we offer transparent, clear, and fair policies to the customers. The refund policy contains the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for our services. Therefore, it is requested to go through it once to avoid any issues. 

Visa Services: No Refund Policy

It is an important note for our clients that their visa application fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. There are some rules about it once the visa application is submitted to the UAE Government:

• The fee is non-refundable in situations like rejection, delays, or denied visa applications.
• The final decision is of UAE immigration authorities and beyond our control. 
• It is applicable to tourist visas, transit visas, and other government-related visa processing services.

Important note: It is advised to ensure the accuracy of all submitted documents and their eligibility criteria before applying. It will avoid any rejection or delays. 

Travel Packages: Refund Eligibility

Refunds for travel packages are allowed, but it also some conditions:

Refundable Situations

• If cancellations are made seven days before the scheduled trip start date, a refund will be applicable depending upon the type of package. 
• Refund is also applicable in case of unavailability of hotel, tour, or transport after the booking. 

Non-Refundable Situations

• You will not get a refund for the last-minute cancellation before the tour begins.
• There won’t be a refund if you miss a show or activity.

Refund Process

• Once you request cancellation, it will take 5-10 working days to refund the fees.
• The original payment method will be used for refunds.
• Bank processing fees or service charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
